Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n

You have the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal provided for by law to return the items to us. The deadline is counted from receipt of the products. Prior to any return of a product or withdrawal of a service, the buyer must notify their intention to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration via:<\/p>\n

This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return your Products to us after receipt in accordance with the following conditions:<\/p>\n

You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from communication of your decision to withdraw. The products must be returned correctly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, used or soiled by the customer).<\/p>\n

Any packages for which no element allows the sender to be identified (surname, first name, address, order number) cannot be returned.
\nReturn costs are exclusively your responsibility.<\/p>\n

The return of all products ordered will result in a credit equal to the purchase price of the products ordered. The shipping costs for any return of packages will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Please note, promotional items will not be returned!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Guarantees and liability<\/h4>\n

You benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee against hidden defects. We decline all responsibility in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Belgium.
