1 – Conditions for placing an order

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing you to place an order on the Site.

The products on sale on the site www.beautifulacademy.shop are reserved for professionals. You declare that you have followed and validated the training allowing you to exercise this practice. You may be asked for proof.

2 – Price & VAT

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs. Applicable Belgian VAT: 21%.

You can benefit from an exemption from Belgian VAT in the following cases:

– Order invoiced and shipped to a country in the European Union if you enter your Intracommunity number in the delivery address under the name of the company.

– Order shipped outside the EU

3 – Availability

We inform you of the availability of the articles on their description page. If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible.

4 – Delivery

A list of carriers is offered to you when finalizing your order, indicating the price and indicative delivery time.

Below are the deadlines given as an indication for Belgium (average values, deadlines NOT guaranteed by the carriers: no reimbursement can be granted if the carrier exceeds its indicative deadlines)

  • 48 to 72 hours for: Tracked letter and Colissimo (Reception from Monday to Saturday)
  • 24 to 48 hours for DPD and Relais Pick Up (DPD) (Reception from Monday to Friday)
  • 3 to 20 days for Mondial Relay (Reception from Tuesday to Saturday)
  • The next day before 6 p.m. for Bpost (Reception from Monday to Friday)
  • The next day before 1 p.m. for TNT (Reception Monday to Saturday)

All our shipments have a tracking number sent to you by email so that you can follow its delivery.

Return costs are applied in the event of:

  • Absence during delivery by DPD France, Chronopost and TNT
  • Failure to collect the package in Relay Pick Up
  • The “Followed Letter” and “International Priority Package” are delivered without signature.

In the event of absence and a mailbox that is too narrow, the postman usually leaves the package at the nearest post office. The Customer is informed of this by means of a notice. He has 15 days to collect the package. If he does not collect the package within 15 days, the package is automatically returned to us. In this case and if you wish to re-shipment, you will have to pay additional shipping costs beforehand.

It is our responsibility in the event of loss of the order by postal services.

Our liability is not engaged in the event of a “delivered” or “distributed” package certified by the services of the chosen carrier.

By choosing transport: Tracked Letter and International Priority Package, you are informed that we will not be able to return any parcel or refund if the Post Office indicates that the parcel is delivered (deposited in the mailbox)

This is why we advise you to always take transport with delivery against signature.

5 – Customs duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside Belgium may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties. These are your responsibility and are your responsibility. To find out about them, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country.

6 – Payment

You can pay by credit card via Stripe (Debit / Credit Card), iDEAL, Bancontact, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

Payment by card is made when ordering and before shipping after information given and certified as accurate by the buyer.

7 – Intellectual property

This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, copied, sold or exploited in any way without our express written permission.

Any use in your link of our logo, trademark or graphics requires our express written permission.

8 – Protection of personal data

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal data concerning you that we have collected is treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of our personal data protection policy.
